  • Your email address and whether you're signing up as a company or individual.
  • If signing up as a company: your company name, country, approximate employee count and job title (including a custom job title if you select “Other”).
  • If you choose to supply them: a contact telephone number and a message about your interests or requirements.
  • Whether you have separately opted in to receive emails about other pro2mate products and services.
  • Basic submission and technical records reasonably needed to operate the signup process securely and demonstrate your preferences, such as the time of signup and the privacy notice version.

Please avoid sending us passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information through the optional message field.

03. Why and how we use it

WEVAMO mailing-list updates: We use your email address to send you information you've requested about the upcoming WEVAMO software offering, such as launch news, previews and opportunities to take a closer look. We rely on your consent, expressed by choosing to join the list. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Other pro2mate updates: We'll send you emails about other pro2mate products and services only if you separately tick the optional marketing box. This is also based on consent. Leaving it unchecked does not affect WEVAMO updates.

Enquiries and relevant information: If you include a phone number or message, we may use these to understand your interest or respond to a specific enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and helping prospective users, where appropriate. Providing a telephone number does not give consent to marketing calls or SMS.

Site security and administration: Basic technical information may be processed by our website host and security services to keep the site working and protect it from misuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

04. Sharing, processors and security

We never sell your personal information or provide it to another organisation for its own marketing. We may use trusted service providers to host the website, protect its traffic, run our automation systems or deliver and store email. These service providers handle information on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted transmission where supported, restricted access and appropriate access controls. No internet system is entirely risk-free.

Where personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we will ensure any legally required safeguards are in place, such as an appropriate adequacy decision or recognised contractual protections.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

05. How long we keep information

We retain submitted registration details in our designated mailbox and any mailing-list records we subsequently maintain while you remain subscribed and the information is needed for the stated purpose. We review inactive subscriptions at least every 24 months and delete details that are no longer needed. When you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, we will stop the relevant marketing and remove your details from active mailing lists promptly. We may retain a minimal suppression record to ensure your preference is honoured.

Enquiry correspondence, delivery and security records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, including any applicable legal obligations.

06. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by emailing wevamo@pro2mate.com. You may withdraw consent to one type of email without withdrawing it from the other.

Subject to applicable UK data-protection law, you can ask us to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to its use, or provide a portable copy where applicable. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We'd welcome the chance to address your concern first.

07. Cookies and tracking

This WEVAMO coming-soon website does not itself set analytics or advertising cookies or include third-party tracking scripts. Your web host may process necessary technical connection records to deliver the site securely. If we introduce optional analytics or tracking, we'll update our notices and obtain any consent required before using them.

For questions about how we use your personal information, to change your preferences or to exercise your rights, email info@pro2mate.com. We may update this policy when the website or our processes change. The latest version will appear on this page with its revision date.
